Rooibos, ginger, cinnamon, pepper, cardamom, liquorice, vanilla.
Measure: 3-4 grams p/ cup
Water temperature: 96°C.
Infuse: 3-4 min.
-Fill a (sauce)pan with enough water for 50% of a tea cup,
-Heat until boiling,
-Add 2 heaped tea spoons (6-8 grams) Yogi’s Rooibos Chai,
-Boil for 5-8 minutes,
-Pour the infusion through a strainer in the tea cup(s),
-Fill up the tea cup with (frothed) (soy) milk,
-Finish wit a topping of cinnamon, ground cardamom and honey.
