Lemongrass: Anti-microbal properties help to prevent or slow the growth of bacteria.
Apple: Packed with vitamine C.
Green paprika: Enhance muscle function and regulates blood pressure.
Olive leaves: Considered to reduce skin-aging.
Carrot: Source of vitamine A, which protects the skin from sun damage.

Ingredients: Spearmint, ginger, lemongrass, apple, green paprika, olive leaves, carrot.

This is a lovely tea! I really like the ginger flavour, which is not too strong. It is basically my go to tea at Citea! Admittedly, I prefer herbal blends over actual teas.
