Dong Ding Formosa Oolong

The best oolongs are from Taiwan, formerly known as Formosa. This tea is grown in the high mountains and is almost completely un-oxidized.

The leaves are tightly rolled into balls which give you a fruity-sweet tea with notes of caramel.

This tea really shines when you drink it “gung fu” style, by steeping it multiple times.
One of the best known qualities from Taiwan.
