Dong Ding Formosa Oolong


The best oolong are from Taiwan (formerly known as Formosa), this tea is grown in the high mountains (dong ding means 'frozen summit') of Taiwan and is almost completely un-oxidized.

The leaves are tightly rolled into balls which give you a fruity-sweet tea with caramel notes. This tea really shines when you drink it "gung fu" style, by steeping it multiple times.
One of the best known qualities from Taiwan.

Ingredients: Dong Ding Formosa oolong
Preparation: 1tsp, 80°C, 2-3min.
